What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Are your treatments safe for all skin types?

Many of our treatments are safe for all skin tones and types, but some are not. During your consultation, we carefully evaluate your skin type (Fitzpatrick scale) to ensure we only recommend safe and effective treatments for you.

Is there downtime after treatments?

Downtime varies significantly depending on the treatment. A superficial chemical peel may have zero downtime, while deeper laser resurfacing may require several days of recovery. We will always discuss expected downtime before you book a treatment.
